Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Reel.fyi Chrome extension (the "Extension") operated by Reel.fyi ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Extension is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Extension.
By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Extension.

To use the Extension, you must create an account with Reel.fyi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Extension, including but not limited to its design, software, and any associated content, are owned by Reel.fyi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension without our prior written consent.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use the Extension to:
a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
b. Scrape, collect, or harvest data from LinkedIn or any other website in a manner that violates their terms of service or privacy policies;
c. Interfere with the operation of the Extension, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or impair the security of the Extension, its servers, or networks;
d. Use the Extension for any purpose other than its intended purpose as a tool for generating personalized LinkedIn connection messages.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Extension.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may modify the Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the Extension following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reel.fyi, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Extension.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
